Which New Vans Can We Expect from the 2026 CV Show?
The 2026 Commercial Vehicle Show – one of the biggest global events in the automotive business market – is upon us once again, with this year’s exhibition taking place on 21-23 April at Birmingham’s NEC.
Vansdirect will be present and correct to bring you all the latest news, social media posts, images and videos from the event... and it seems there will be a lot to cover.
From all-new models to concept vans to fresh innovations, everything points to several high-profile manufacturers are promising big displays for 2026.
So, in preparation of this year’s event, here is a round-up of what we can look forward to...

Ford Transit City
As ever, Ford Pro will have a major presence at the CV Show and this year’s event is likely to involve the first public appearance for its new Ford Transit City range.
Announced in March, the new model marks the fifth line of Transit-branded vans alongside the Transit Courier, Transit Connect, Transit Custom and Transit.
Significantly, the Transit City is being pitched as an urban-focused electric-only model, albeit one that prioritises size and payload over outright range.
However, it is still advertised with 158-miles of range potential, with Ford reasoning that – so-long as the fleet operators it is targeted at have overnight charging facilities – it is enough to cover the Transit City’s projected daily mileage.

Renault Trafic E-Tech
The production-version of the Renault Trafic E-Tech will take centre stage on Renault’s CV Show stand, a year after the prototype proved one of the biggest draws of the entire event.
Notably, precious little has changed from prototype to production van, though Renault says it will be offering the chance to drive the modern-looking, 280-mile range medium van this year.

Farizon V7E
Having made its UK debut as a commercial vehicle brand at the CV Show twelve months ago, Farizon will return to Birmingham with its second offering, the Farizon V7E.
A smaller van than the Farizon SV, the V7E will get its formal UK debut with the Geely-owned marque promising ‘class-leading cargo capacity, payload and range, on a city-optimised electric platform and a design that prioritises efficiency and ease-of-use’.

Kia PV5
The Kia PV5 has been soaking up awards left, right and centre since the Korean marque made its high-profile entry into the commercial vehicle market last year.
Now with the standard panel van – which measures around the same size as an L2-specification small van – firmly bedded into sales streams, Kia is turning attention to expanding its offerings at the CV Show.
This will apparently include a smaller version of the PV5 built closer to an L1 specification, a model that could reduce its already competitive starting price further. A high-roof L2/H2 version is also due to debut.

KGM Musso Rhino and Musso EV
KGM will have a busy stand at the CV Show as it prepares to introduce its new flagship pick-up truck – the Musso Rhino - to the UK masses.
The new name reflects the fact that the Korean word for rhino is musso – thus earning it the name Rhino Rhino essentially – but it’s a fitting moniker for a model that looks decidedly more muscular and prominent than the existing version.
Finer specifications have confirmed it will retain its predecessor’s towing and payload abilities, plus it will come with a more modern interior.
The Rhino will be unveiled alongside the smaller Musso EV, which strikes for the lifestyle market with its promise of up to 240-miles of range, even if its smaller bed and 690kg payload capacity won’t appeal as much to business customers.

Mitsubishi L200
Mitsubishi is making a surprise return to the CV Show five years on from having pulled out of the UK market.
Nevertheless, having announced it will make a comeback this summer, Mitsubishi has confirmed its efforts will be fronted by the L200.
A model that remained popular among the pick-up truck fraternity even while Mitsubishi struggled for sales elsewhere, the L200 will come back looking very different having received an overhaul in other markets a couple of years ago.

Isuzu D-Max Diesel
A year ago, Isuzu revealed the all-electric D-Max EV, now it is returning with an all-new turbodiesel engine for its mainstream pick-up truck range.
Capacity grows from 1.9-litres to 2.2-litres, with the unit designed to be more efficient and cleaner, though power output is set to remain the same.

Iveco eJolly and eSuperJolly
While Iveco’s primary business is focused around its HGV offerings, it has held a presence in the light commercial space with its sole offering, the Iveco Daily, for several decades now.
However, since the Daily is a large van designed for multiple body style formats and heavy-duty tasks, the Italian marque will be expanding its LCV offerings for the first time with the new eJolly and eSuperJolly.
Moving Iveco into a new space in the market, if the models look familiar then that is no coincidence since they are based on the familiar Stellantis medium and large vans offered by Vauxhall, Citroen, Peugeot, FIAT and Toyota. However, they will only be offered in electric trim.

DELIVAN
One of the big unveilings to come at the CV Show will be the official launch of DELIVAN, the all-new commercial vehicle-oriented brand being developed by Chery Auto.
The Chinese company has been making huge waves in the passenger car market with its Jaecoo, Omoda and Chery marques over the past 18 months, which has led to it turning attention to the commercial market.
It will have a series of concept models on display in Birmingham to precede a projected UK launch in early-2027.
