New Toyota Hilux Teased, Launch Date Confirmed

New Toyota Hilux Teased, Launch Date Confirmed

The much-anticipated next generation Toyota Hilux has had its launch date confirmed as the manufacturer gives a sneak peek of what to expect from its latest pick-up truck.

One of motoring’s longest-serving nameplates, the Hilux has been serving communities around the world since 1968, during which it has developed an enviable reputation for rock-solid reliability and unstoppable off-road strength.

Such is its ubiquitous around the world – both as a trendy lifestyle accessory and a sturdy workhorse – that Toyota has racked up an estimated 21 million sales since it was first introduced, making it one of the best-selling vehicles of all-time.

Now Toyota is readying it for the next generation, which will be unveiled to the world on 10 November 2026.

Inside, the current Hilux is certainly due for a major update with the current design and materials lagging behind rivals like the Ford Ranger and Volkswagen Amarok.

For now, Toyota isn’t revealing much beyond a shadowy promo shot and a short statement confirming the launch date and a call to action of ‘embarking on a new journey together’.

Ultimately, all will revealed...
