The Renault Kangoo is economical
The Kangoo is available with a three Euro 6 compliant diesel engines, 75ps, 90ps and 110ps, each of which are highly efficient offering fuel consumption in excess of 60 miles to the gallon and emissions between 112 g/km and 119 g/km. Efficiency is helped by the fact that all versions of the Kangoo are available with stop-start technology, whilst all models get an Eco button which reduces engine torque to boost energy usage by up to 10 percent. The Renault Kangoo is practical
The standard L1 Kangoo has a load volume of 3.0 cubic metres, enough for a single Europallet, this increases to 4.0 cubic metres on the maxi model and two Europallets. However you are able to specify a set of fold-flat passenger seats which increases load volumes to 3.5 cubic metres and 4.6 cubic metres respectively. The L1 model can carry loads up to 650kg, whilst specifying an increased payload pack takes this up to an impressive 800kg.
The Renault Kangoo is reliable and safe
All models in the range get Electronic Stability Control as standard, this includes Renault's Grip Xtend system and Hill Start Assist. Grip Xtend is particular useful in slippery conditions where the front brakes are controlled individually on loose ground, providing additional traction. There's also the addition of safety features if opting for Business+ spec models, these include rear parking sensors.
