Sales Consultant

The Role:

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact with our customers. Your job is to understand their needs, match them with the right vehicle and finance options, and deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

With full support from our marketing team generating high-quality leads and our commercial team securing the best stock and pricing, you'll be perfectly positioned to generate sales. You'll manage your own customer base, build lasting relationships, and benefit from repeat business and referrals.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Handling inbound leads via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Guiding customers through the sales process in line with FCA guidelines
  • Matching customer needs with our stock and finance options
  • Proposing finance applications and liaising with internal teams
  • Resolving customer queries and ensuring a smooth buying experience
  • Regular outbound contact with your own customer database to support retention and uncover renewal opportunities

What We're Looking For:

Customer Care Coordinator

The Role:

We are excited to invite passionate individuals to apply for the Customer Care Coordinator role at our Newport office, strategically located on the outskirts of Cardiff. This full-time, permanent position offers an engaging work schedule from Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 17:30 PM.

As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, handling a diverse range of responsibilities:

  • Administrative Functions: Efficiently raise vehicle invoices, manage finance company payouts, and organise deliveries.
  • Customer Interaction: Maintain regular communication with customers and dealerships, providing updates on vehicle availability, discussing payment terms, addressing queries, and confirming delivery details.
  • Data Management: Ensure the accurate maintenance of internal spreadsheets and CRM systems.
  • Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints with professionalism, drafting appropriate responses and letters to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile: The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a call-centre setting and must possess:
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding written and oral communication abilities.
  • IT Proficiency: High level of IT literacy.
  • Organisational Ability: Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • Complaint Handling Experience: Proven expertise in managing and resolving customer complaints effectively.

As this role falls under FCA regulation, the successful applicant will be required to pass a Financial Adverse and Criminal check during the onboarding process.
