6 simple steps to a brand new van
Choosing a new van can be tricky, especially if you aren't sure what you need. There are so many things to consider, like payload, volume and economy - and each van is different.
Determining which van is the right one for you may even come down to features. If you're finding it difficult to separate two specific models, you may go for one over the other because it has air conditioning, cruise control or DAB radio. Or if you're lucky - all three!

Choose your new van
Speak to our helpful team about your requirements, and any vans that you're interested in. Don't worry if you aren't sure - that's what we're here for! Choose your finance
There are three finance options available to you; finance lease, contract hire and hire purchase. Each has different terms - with a lease there is a balloon payment at the end of your agreed term, with contract hire you have the option for a maintained package and simply hand the van back at the end of your term. Finally, if you want to own your van then hire purchase is the finance package for you.
Pay your deposit
With all our finance packages, a deposit or initial payment is required. This can differ from package to package, but as a guide: Lease and contract hire deals usually require an initial payment equal to 6 monthly payments, while hire purchase agreements usually require a deposit of 20%. It is possible to make a smaller deposit, but this will likely affect the monthly repayments.
Check & sign your finance documents
Once you've chosen a van and finance package then paid a deposit, you'll receive an email confirmation of your order, along with the finance documents. These need to be thoroughly checked, signed and returned to us so that we can progress your application.
Confirm delivery date and location
When your vehicle is ready, we'll contact you to let you know and to make the final arrangements for delivery of your new van. You'll need to confirm a delivery date and location, so make sure you know your whereabouts and are free to take delivery!
Delivery of your new van
Finally, your new van is delivered free of charge (Mainland UK only) directly to your door. When your new van arrives, give it a thorough 'once-over'. When you're satisfied, sign the delivery sheet and you can start to enjoy your brand new van!
