Van servicing and maintenance

At Vansdirect, we’re not just here to help you find the perfect van; we’re also here to help you look after it.

We have a range of packages to help cover servicing and maintenance costs that work with all finance types, including contract hire, finance lease, hire purchase and cash purchases.

How it works:

Enquire

When you enquire on a van, our team will ask if you would like a Servicing and Maintenance package.

Receive quote

If you do (good choice!), we'll provide you with a unique quotebased on your vehicle and contract.

Get converted

We set up your Autoserve account and provide all the details you need. Then you can drive away with confidence, simple!

Servicing, Repair, Maintenance & MOTs

Covers all vehicle servicing, maintenance, and MOTs based on manufacturer guidelines. Customers need only contact Autoserve when service or MOT is due; they’ll arrange for servicing at an approved centre, with courtesy vehicles available (subject to availability).

Tyres & Punctures

Tyre replacements or repairs are covered if tread depth reaches 2mm or the tyre suffers a puncture. Worn wiper blades and bulbs are also replaceable at partner centers.

Warranty Claim Bookings

Faults within warranty coverage can be managed by Autoserve, who will book the vehicle into an approved garage for investigation.

Breakdown Assistance

Provides 24/7 breakdown coverage across the UK, aiming for roadside repairs or towing to a nearby approved garage if necessary.

Accident Management

Covers fault and non-fault accidents with 24/7 incident response, damage assessments, repairs by approved providers, and legal assistance if the driver is not at fault.

24-Hour Driver Helpline

Offers advice and support for any vehicle-related queries.

Autoserve Club Membership

Grants access to motoring discounts and lifestyle offers, including travel, parking, and accessories.

End Guard

Provides damage assessments before lease return to help avoid excess fees by fixing out-of-guideline damage.

What’s not covered?

Windscreen and glass damage are not covered under the contract. Nor is damage to the sidewall or to winter tyres. You must arrange for repairs, either through an approved partner or your insurance.
