The Renault Master and electric Renault Master E-Tech are Large Vans available with the choice of three different length and height configurations: L2/H2, L3/H2 and L3/H3.
The dimensions of the Renault Master make it one the most practical and useable models in the large van class, boasting a load bay length of 3225mm (L2) and 3857mm (L3). This makes the Maste's cargo hold longer than both the Vauxhall Movano and Ford Transit.
As well as the three different Panel Van variations, the Renault Master is offered as a Luton Van, Platford Cab, Chassis Cab, Crew Cab, Dropside and Tipper Van.
The L2/H2 is the entry-level model in the Renault Master range and it offers 10.8 cubic metres of cargo volume. This rises to 13 cubic metres for the extended L3/H2 and grows to 14.8 cubic metres for the largest iteration of the Master, the L3/H3.
Compared with other large vans, the Renault Master's cargo volume ranks among the biggest in the segment.
In L3/H2 guise, only three models - the Volkswagen Crafter, MAN TGE and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter - offer more load volume.

The Renault Master's payload capacity is determined by which body size and gross vehicle weight is chosen, as well as whether it is a diesel or electric powertrain.
The Renault Master L2 H2 3.5-tonne is the trim with the most generous payload capacity at 1971kg.
In electric trim, the Renault Master E-Tech offers a payload capacity of between 1547kg and 1625kg depending on which length and GVW you choose.
The Renault Master offers a impressive towing capacity across the entire range, no matter the body style configuration or powertrain choice.
All turbodiesel models can achieve a 2500kg maximum braked towing capacity, with exception to the 4.0-tonne L3 H3 which is capped at 2000kg.
Using the electric powertrain, the Renault Master E-Tech has a maximum braked towing capacity of between 1000kg and 2000kg when mated a 87kWh battery.
