The Citroen Dispatch is a Medium Van available in M (L1) and XL (L2) body size, plus Crew Van configuration in both M and XL too.
The dimensions of the Citroen Dispatch are 4981mm in L1 guise and 5331mm in larger XL size.
The XL variant extends its length with a longer rear overhang, creating an unobstructed entry to the rear doors without interference from the wheelarches. Both the M and XL share the same wheelbase.
The Dispatch has 180-degree twin rear doors plus sliding doors on both sides.
Load volume is 5.3 cubic metres in the M and 6.1 in the XL. Crew Van versions reduce this to 3.2 and 4.0 cubic metres, while also seating three passengers in the rear alongside three up front.
The Citroen Dispatch is also available with Moduwork, which is standard on Driver trims and optional on Enterprise models.
This features a load-through hatch in the bulkhead and a folding front passenger bench. When the seat is lowered and the hatch opened, it allows for the load length at floor to be extended by 1.1m (M) or 1.2m (XL).
This translates to an increased load volume of 5.8 cubic metres (M) and 6.6 cubic metres (XL).

The payload of a Citroen Dispatch varies depending on which engine you choose and the body size of the van.
As a turbodiesel (either a 1.5-litre or 2.0-litre) using the M body size, the payload capacity ranges from 1173kg to 1384kg, while the XL payload capacity ranges from 1121kg to 1335kg.
The 75kWh electric e-Dispatch has a payload capacity of 1001kg in M and XL size.
The Citroen Dispatch has a maximum towing capacity of 2500kg using the more powerful 2.0-litre BlueHDi turbodiesel engine, reducing to 2000kg for the 1.5-litre BlueHDi turbodiesel engine.
The electric variants of the Citroen e-Dispatch have a brakes towing capacity capped at 1000kg.
