New van infographic - August in numbers

Every month, we summarise the performance of the new van market based on figures released by the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT). It was a good month for lighter vans (between 2.0-2.5T) with registrations rising by a huge 39.9 percent! delivered a steady performance with demand for new vans up 1.5 percent year-on-year. However, year-to-date registrations were down 2.8 percent - in line with market forecasts.
