Mercedes vans launch new van service website
Mercedes vans have launched a brand new website dedicated to Service Care maintenance plans for Mercedes vans customers.

Visitors to the new Service Care maintenance plans website are able to view maintenance plans that are available for them, based on the age of their Mercedes van, which model they have and transmission of the van. These can be entered into the website manually, or via the registration of the van.
Interaction
The new website allows van drivers to interact with the length of the plan and the number of services, in order to customise their perfect van maintenance plan. Van drivers also have the capability of entering a promotional voucher code to gain a discount on the price of their chosen plan, if there is a discount applicable.
How do I pay for a chosen plan?
Once the van driver is 100 percent happy with their chosen van maintenance package, they will be able to purchase the plan online, or they will also be able to contact their preferred Mercedes vans retailer to help set up a direct debit.
What if I'm not particularly tech-savvy?
Van drivers are also able to send a summary of their chosen plan to themselves if more time is required or they have any questions. However you may be less tech-savvy and have questions about the plan or would like help in configuring the best service plan for your van, if you'd prefer you are also able to request a callback from your desired Mercedes vans dealership.
